Tenant Selection
We thoroughly screen each applicant to insure the highest quality resident for each vacant unit. We place advertisements in both newspapers and online 365 days a year to help maintain a constant flow of appropriate tenants.
Emergency Service
Our staff is available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
Capital Improvements
Long term management plans may call for capital improvements. We provide a multiple bid process and oversee the work from beginning to end.
Rent Collections
Collections are the most important responsibility of management. Late rent notices are sent on the 6th and 14 Day Notices on the 10th of each month. Rents are tracked and reviewed daily.
Financial Reporting
The above functions are supported with intelligent, easy to comprehend, financial reporting designed to keep both management and owner(s) well informed.
