Since the early 1990’s our company has been assisting institutional clients; i.e. banks, mortgage companies and the FDIC in the preparation and marketing of foreclosed properties. We have the capacity and experience to address issues ranging from minor punch list items to major capital improvements.
Our staff and subcontractors work with brokers to identify and quickly correct any situations that would impede the marketing of a property. This well-designed team approach has led to many successful closings.
